1. About Labelek

Labelek is a digital Islamic micro-learning platform designed to help users learn, review and remember beneficial knowledge through short lessons, learning situations, quizzes and review features.

Labelek is currently under active development and may be offered as a beta service while features and content continue to be improved.

2. Your account

Some Labelek features require a user account.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping access to your account secure.

You should not share your login credentials with another person or attempt to access an account that does not belong to you.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Labelek for personal and lawful educational purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Labelek, its servers, databases or other users‘ accounts.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.
• Use automated systems to scrape, copy or extract substantial amounts of Labelek content without permission.
• Use Labelek for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to distribute malicious software or otherwise damage the service.

4. Sources and learning scenarios

Labelek aims to base religious learning content on identifiable sources, including the Qur’an and authenticated hadith collections where applicable.

Some lessons may include fictional real-life situations created for educational purposes. Such scenarios are intended to help users think about how a principle may apply in everyday life. They are not presented as historical events, hadith or revelation.

Islamic scholarship can include legitimate differences of opinion. Where relevant, Labelek may identify such differences rather than presenting one interpretation as the only existing scholarly view.

5. Educational information

Content provided through Labelek is for general educational purposes.

For personal religious rulings or questions requiring consideration of individual circumstances, users should consult an appropriately qualified scholar.

Although we aim to provide carefully sourced and accurate material, errors can occur. If you believe that content contains an error or an incorrect reference, please contact us so it can be reviewed.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Labelek name, branding, interface, original lesson structure, graphics, design and original written material are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use Labelek content for your own personal learning. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or commercially distribute substantial portions of original Labelek content without permission.

7. Availability of the service

We aim to keep Labelek available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems or circumstances outside our control.

Features may also be added, modified or removed as Labelek continues to develop.

8. Beta service

During the beta phase, some features may be incomplete, experimental or changed based on testing and user feedback.

Learning progress and account functionality are designed to be stored reliably, but users should understand that a beta service may occasionally experience technical issues.

9. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or suspend access to Labelek where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users or our systems, including in cases of serious misuse, security threats or violations of these Terms.

Where appropriate and technically available, users may also request deletion of their account and associated personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Labelek is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from the use or temporary unavailability of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Labelek develops, when new features are introduced or where changes are necessary for legal, technical or security reasons.
